A little bit about Lauren Geiger
Has over a decade of experience in the construction industry servicing Lexington, KY. With a background in Architecture, Lauren leads her team of knowledgeable experts that will take care of you and your family.
Her biggest joy is making a house a home for her clients. Seeing their faces and hearing their reactions when they see the finished project is really what started her love for this business in the first place.
Lauren is also very involved in her community where she personally calls home right here in Lexington, KY. Lauren is a children sponsor annually for the Angel Tree, a sponsor for LaFayette dance team, Frederick Douglas Cheer team, Palomar swim team, and donates classroom supplies to Meadowthorpe elementary annually.
Giving back to the community, especially programs that support our youth, is something that is very important to Lauren. Lauren is also a member of the BIA and the Better Business Bureau.
Lauren says “At the end of the day, when it comes to running a business, doing right by my clients, workers, and staff, no matter what the cost, is what is most important to me”.

This time last year, Lauren, Eric and crew were knee-deep in work on my kitchen. I have to say that my love for the new space has only grown as I have lived in the space across the seasons. BBR did our remodel which was nearly a full home remodel. They finished our basement, completely gutted and redid our first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room), and rebuilt our back deck to give us a wonderful covered deck and patio area. The subcontractors all did high quality work and the project manager, Erik, ran the project and kept in constant communication with us every step of the way. The designer, Michaela Shields, is a genius and made the absolute best recommendations for us based on what we wanted for our home and our style preferences. Her renderings of our project were spot on for the final project. We absolutely love the way our remodel turned out!

"BBR remodeled the upstairs bathroom in our 1920's home. We wanted a bathroom we loved but had limited space. Lauren and her designer found a way to create space and give the bathroom a bigger feel. AND we just love it! Even as they finished up the project adding things to the finish list, Lauren was willing to re-do something if it didn't meet our standard, loving it. Communication was great. When work started we worried about what would be found behind the walls that would add to the budget. Lots was found but Lauren's experience allowed her to include these "surprises" into our agreed upon budget. Sticking to budget was really important to us. Her ability to predict and plan for the real expense of the project was appreciated. The only time we paid more was when we wanted to go with a more expensive tile or fixture than the allowance projected. Lauren was clear upfront about these changes, letting us sign off on both of them before moving forward. We're already excited thinking about what she can do with our kitchen."
