Bluegrass Builders and Remodel did a FIVE ⭐️ remodel of our master bathroom. We built our house 25 years ago. Our bathroom was perfect then. We decided that we wanted to make sure that our bathroom met our needs as we get older. We had two other proposals. Both were more expensive. Lauren listened to what we wanted. She provided a very well written proposal. We signed. Soon after we received a project plan. Upon embarking on the project we received texts every morning describing what was happening that day. The work was well done and efficient. The remodel was done on time and for exactly the price on the proposal. That was six months ago. We had two minor issues come up since completion. Lauren immediately had them fixed. No charge to us. Our master bath is wonderful and exactly what we wanted. Our experience with Lauren was great. We highly recommend Bluegrass Builders and Remodel.
