First and foremost, want to say how pleased we were to have selected Bluegrass Builders and Remodel as our contractor to bring our 1980's bathrooms into the 2020's!! We had two full bathrooms and a powder room to address. We had already updated the showers several years ago in the two full baths but the rest of the bathrooms were outdated. We had a rough idea of what we would like to have done and explained that to Lauren and her staff. They quickly provided recommendations and vendors that provided high quality workmanship and products that met or exceeded our expectations. They worked diligently to ensure high quality workmanship throughout the job. The communications and response to any questions or concerns was immediate. The project manager, Erik, paid attention to details and was a pleasure to work with. The overall project was completed on schedule and budget. We could not have had a better experience. I started out with Bluegrass Builders remodeling my bathroom and creating a walk in closet. I was so happy with my bathroom and closet I kept going thru the house. They painted and wallpapered my bed room, Painted and wallpapered my dinning and living room. Now I am in the process of tearing out my kitchen and replacing everything. I live in a house that is 100 years old. There have been all kind of issues come up, but Lauren and her team made it all work. I am 100% happy with Bluegrass Builders and would recommend them to everyone.

This review focuses on the quality of construction work and materials for renovating two bathrooms and installing a kitchen pantry. BBR renovated the master and guest bathrooms with new showers, cabinets, vanities, and fixtures. The cabinets and vanities were Amish-quality in their fit and finish, as was the pantry; the guest bathroom shower was a fiberglass insert and the master was tiled, and both came out great. The work was consistently checked for accuracy and any problems were addressed right away. The overall project was completed on schedule. Highly recommended!
