A little bit about Lauren Geiger
Has over a decade of experience in the construction industry servicing Lexington, KY. With a background in Architecture, Lauren leads her team of knowledgeable experts that will take care of you and your family.
Her biggest joy is making a house a home for her clients. Seeing their faces and hearing their reactions when they see the finished project is really what started her love for this business in the first place.
Lauren is also very involved in her community where she personally calls home right here in Lexington, KY. Lauren is a children sponsor annually for the Angel Tree, a sponsor for LaFayette dance team, Frederick Douglas Cheer team, Palomar swim team, and donates classroom supplies to Meadowthorpe elementary annually.
Giving back to the community, especially programs that support our youth, is something that is very important to Lauren. Lauren is also a member of the BIA and the Better Business Bureau.
Lauren says “At the end of the day, when it comes to running a business, doing right by my clients, workers, and staff, no matter what the cost, is what is most important to me”.

Bluegrass Builders and Remodel did a FIVE ⭐️ remodel of our master bathroom. We built our house 25 years ago. Our bathroom was perfect then. We decided that we wanted to make sure that our bathroom met our needs as we get older. We had two other proposals. Both were more expensive. Lauren listened to what we wanted. She provided a very well written proposal. We signed. Soon after we received a project plan. Upon embarking on the project we received texts every morning describing what was happening that day. The work was well done and efficient. The remodel was done on time and for exactly the price on the proposal. That was six months ago. We had two minor issues come up since completion. Lauren immediately had them fixed. No charge to us. Our master bath is wonderful and exactly what we wanted. Our experience with Lauren was great. We highly recommend Bluegrass Builders and Remodel.

"BBR remodeled the upstairs bathroom in our 1920's home. We wanted a bathroom we loved but had limited space. Lauren and her designer found a way to create space and give the bathroom a bigger feel. AND we just love it! Even as they finished up the project adding things to the finish list, Lauren was willing to re-do something if it didn't meet our standard, loving it. Communication was great. When work started we worried about what would be found behind the walls that would add to the budget. Lots was found but Lauren's experience allowed her to include these "surprises" into our agreed upon budget. Sticking to budget was really important to us. Her ability to predict and plan for the real expense of the project was appreciated. The only time we paid more was when we wanted to go with a more expensive tile or fixture than the allowance projected. Lauren was clear upfront about these changes, letting us sign off on both of them before moving forward. We're already excited thinking about what she can do with our kitchen."
