Lauren Geiger

Has over a decade of experience in the construction industry servicing Lexington, KY. With a background in Architecture, Lauren leads her team of knowledgeable experts that will take care of you and your family.

Her biggest joy is making a house a home for her clients. Seeing their faces and hearing their reactions when they see the finished project is really what started her love for this business in the first place.

Lauren is also very involved in her community where she personally calls home right here in Lexington, KY. Lauren is a children sponsor annually for the Angel Tree, a sponsor for LaFayette dance team, Frederick Douglas Cheer team, Palomar swim team, and donates classroom supplies to Meadowthorpe elementary annually.

Giving back to the community, especially programs that support our youth, is something that is very important to Lauren. Lauren is also a member of the BIA and the Better Business Bureau.

Lauren says “At the end of the day, when it comes to running a business, doing right by my clients, workers, and staff, no matter what the cost, is what is most important to me”.

Lauren oversees your project from inception to completion. She meticulously plans and develops the project idea, ensuring that every detail is thoroughly addressed to guarantee the success of our team in bringing your dreams to reality.

Erik Downey

Erik Downey is our Project Manager that will lead your dream project to completion. Erik will monitor the progress, set deadlines, solve any issue that arises, as well as providing daily updates to know where we are at in your project. Erik is your main point of contact throughout the entirety of your project!

Lisa Annunziata

Lisa works in our office behind the scenes. Lisa plans, coordinates, and directs a broad range of services from answering the phone to assisting with office admin work that allows Bluegrass Builders and Remodel to operate efficiently!
